The Alberta Homeopathic & Integrative Health Clinic &
(herein referred to as AHIHC) appreciates the importance of privacy of personal information submitted by our users. Our privacy policy does not allow sharing of the information submitted by the visitors of our site and users of our services to any company or individuals. If at all the information on experiences of our users is shared on our website, there is always a written consent obtained before hand.

AHIHC is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our online visitors and is committed to ensure the privacy of all individuals and their personal information, regardless of how it is collected or what format it is held in. This includes any information gathered through our website. Please read our summarized policy to ensure you understand how your personal information will be treated in this organization.   • The “Order a Refill or Prescription” Option: Due to the complex nature of homeopathic prescribing, please note that it is not within the scope of the online treatment service to give any elaborate explanation on the prescription.
  • Collection of Information: Personal data may, for specified uses, be collected via the web-site. Such information may include your IP address, name, address, e-mail, telephone and fax number. If you leave this information for the purpose of contacting us or requesting information, we will keep a record of that correspondence for internal data collection purposes. You may choose not to provide the information. To do so may jeopardize our ability to service your request. Under no circumstances does AHIHC ask the user to submit payment or credit card information online. Processing of ALL payments and collection of monies is done in person and offline.

We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Sharing and Usage

In those instances, the third party is bound by these terms and has agreed to hold this information in confidence. Your informed consent shall be in the form of an “opt in” or similar policy. You understand and agree that AHIHC may disclose to third parties your zip code, gender and/or age, but only in the form of aggregated information.

AHIHC reserves the right to offer you third party services and products based on the preferences that you identify during the registration process and based on your subsequent preferences; such offers may be provided to you by AHIHC.

AHIHC reserves the right to terminate your newsletter signup if it learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information.

The Privacy Policy for this site pertains to only and does not cover the any other AHIHC or AHIHC Network, the network of independent associations web sites linked to this site.  AHIHC association web sites will be incorporating this Privacy Policy on an individual basis.
